Please visit www.cmimgmt.com to learn more about our company! **Job Description** The Quality Manager shall have full oversight of the Quality Management System and initiatives at CMI’s customer sites in Orlando, FL. **Must have CMQ/OE CERTIFICATION - Proof will be required** Key Job Functions + Ensure that all performance objectives and standards are identified and achieved + Responsible for the verification and compliance of work standards and timeliness and accuracy of the work performed + Responsible for the oversight of audits, monthly reporting, and compliance with contract requirements + Uses random sampling to evaluate process efficiency + Reviews and validates reports of findings and ensures that action is taken or recommended + Recommends changes in administrative procedures, methods, and standards **Qualifications** + Bachelors Degree preferred + Must have a current **CMQ/OE certification** and at least three (3) years of experience in preparing and enforcing QMS programs at a government facility that has multiple site locations and a contract value of at least $750K per year or more. + Ability and commitment to be available on-site within two hours after the Customer’s regular working hours if requested + Communicate effectively with Contractor management and personnel, other contractors, and user agency representatives. + Ability to speak, read, and comprehend English to effectively perform these job functions and comply with installation emergency procedures **Additional Information** **COMPETENCIES FOR SUCCESS** + Teamwork + Results orientation/operational excellence + Holding self and other accountable + Operational business thinking All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
