The Project Manager shall provide supervision of all CMI on-site Operations & Maintenance staff, subcontractors and vendors and will manage the overall coordination of facility services and performance at CMI’s customer sites in Orlando, FL.
Key Job Functions
Responsible for the management of staff, budgetary items, tools, materials, equipment and other items necessary to perform: Facility Investment, Pest Control, Integrated Solid Waste Management (ISWM), and Grounds Maintenance & Landscaping Services.Responsible for meeting the cost, performance, and schedule requirements throughout the contract execution and manage service requests, emergencies, projects, etc.Responsible for inspecting preventive maintenance procedures, identifying inadequate performance, and training or re-training personnel on proper procedures, and ensuring that the education and training manual is updated monthlyOversee the operations, staffing and performance, ensuring facility services are delivered that meet or exceed customer guidelines in a high quality, cost effective and timely mannerActively participate in capital improvement plans and projects and assists with the coordination of day-to-day operations and client customersOversee or manage the activities of sub-contractors, vendors and personnel to ensure that the worked performed meets or exceeds client expectationsMeasure and evaluate productivity and quality, set standards, measure performance, and develop programs for improvementPartner with vendors to insure a reliable cost-effective source of supplies, parts, and equipment to meet all deliverablesEnsure any required corrective action complies with contract performanceQualificationsBachelors Degree preferredAt least three (3) years of experience managing a workforce providing operations and maintenance services for a federal agency that has multiple site locations and a contract value of at least $750K per year or moreAbility and commitment to be available on-site within one hour after the Customer’s regular working hours if requestedStrong verbal and written communication skills with exceptional customer service skillsAbility to speak, read, and comprehend English to effectively perform these job functions and comply with installation emergency proceduresAdditional InformationCOMPETENCIES FOR SUCCESS
