As a Facility Operations Coordinator, you will support daily workplace operations by managing supplies, coordinating events, and ensuring a clean, safe, and functional environment for employees. What We Offer: $19.50 per hour First Shift; Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Assignment Completion Bonus Health Benefits 401k Opportunity to work with a global leader in industrial innovation Exposure to cross-functional teams and facilities operations Supportive and safety-driven work environment On-site events and employee engagement opportunities What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in facilities coordination, office support, or operations preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to lift and carry supplies; perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and climbing ladders Basic data entry and inventory tracking skills Proactive, detail-oriented, and service-minded Ability to communicate professionally with vendors and internal teams Commitment to safety and compliance with all procedures What You’ll Do as a Facility Operations Coordinator: Monitor and manage janitorial and office supply inventories Place and track supply orders; handle materials upon delivery Coordinate on-site events such as staff breakfasts or lunches Maintain and organize shared areas including cafés, patios, and conference rooms Conduct daily walkthroughs to check cleanliness and readiness of common areas Report maintenance needs and coordinate timely resolutions Perform data entry for inventory, events, and facility records Conduct safety inspections and assist with corrective actions Provide general facilities and administrative support Follow all GE Vernova operating procedures and safety protocols
