Summary Marine Corps Community Services (MCCS) is looking for the best and brightest to join our Team! Responsibilities What to Expect Provides onsite building management of the Marine & Family Programs Division, John A. Lejeune Education Center. Provides technical assistance to patrons and employees using audio visual and computer equipment within the facility. Performs inspections of vacant rooms and common areas daily checking for cleanliness and maintenance problems. Initiates trouble calls and work requests for any maintenance issues within the complex. Follows up on all corrective actions to ensure completion and satisfaction of the building occupants. Maintains and assists in control of the furniture, fixtures, and equipment in complex facility. Assists in accountability for all furnishing and property inventory. Responsible for key control and maintains key log and issues all keys to occupants of the buildings. Coordinates with Marine Corps Community Services (MCCS) Facilities and Maintenance Division, and other contractors, on all upkeep of facility, including, but not limited to; lawn care and trash collection. This is a mixed position where the incumbent must be able to lift and carry objects up to 45lbs independently and objects over 45lbs with assistance. Performs other related duties as assigned. Three years experience that provides knowledge of the practices and procedures related to property management, maintenance, materials requirements, and building operations and repair. Knowledge in the operation of a personal computer, audio visual equipment, and other office equipment. Must possess knowledge of a variety of integrated software programs. Must demonstrate effective oral and written communication. Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
