We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance, repair, and operational performance of multiple restaurant properties. This position is responsible for ensuring facilities are safe, compliant, and operating efficiently in support of exceptional guest and employee experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day facility operations across multiple hospitality locations. Oversee preventative maintenance programs and ensure timely response to repair needs. Administer vendor relationships and negotiate service contracts (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, janitorial, pest control, landscaping, etc.). Ensure all facilities meet compliance with safety, health, and regulatory standards. Develop and manage operating and capital budgets related to facilities. Partner with leadership and operations teams to align facility priorities with business needs. Lead emergency response planning and risk management for all sites. Recommend and implement strategies for cost savings, energy efficiency, and sustainability initiatives.Qualifications
5+ years of facilities management experience, ideally within the hospitality, restaurant, or retail industries. Strong working knowledge of building systems (Restaurant Equipment, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety). Proven track record of managing multi-site facilities and coordinating capital improvement projects. Skilled in vendor management, contract negotiation, and budget oversight. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities; able to manage multiple priorities.
