Facilities ManagerWhat this job involves:At JLL, we are seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to serve as the primary point of contact responsible for comprehensive facilities management at our client site. In this role, you will support the Sr. Facilities Manager and/or Account Leader in delivering exceptional facility management services while coordinating and managing tenant requirements to ensure complete client satisfaction. What your day-to-day will look like:Support the Sr. Facilities Manager and/or Account Lead in implementing short and long-term goals and projects for the clientDevelop innovative programs, processes, and procedures that reduce operating costs and increase productivityOversee monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements based on client needs and ensure accurate, timely completionManage work assignments for building technicians, vendors, and contractorsLead facilities staff to deliver expected service levels within prescribed budgetsAssist with developing and implementing annual management plans for buildings within your areaOversee the development and management of capital and expense budgets while interfacing closely with client representativesMaintain strong client satisfaction by providing responsive leadership that develops and maintains positive relationshipsRecommend capital improvements, prepare operating budget reports, and complete monthly variance analysesShare innovations and best practices across the JLL Facilities Management networkOversee service delivery of contracted services and ensure compliance with all client and JLL policiesRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities Management with management/technical emphasis6+ years of industry experience in corporate environments, third-party service providers, or as a consultantStrong leadership, management, and interpersonal skillsExcellent communication and presentation abilitiesExperience managing both technical and administrative staffProficiency in Microsoft applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookExperience with CMMS systems and facility management technologiesCommitment to client service excellence and innovative problem-solvingPreferred Qualifications:MBA or advanced degree in related fieldExperience with budget management and financial reportingKnowledge of sustainable facility management practicesExperience developing and implementing process improvementsBackground in multiple facility types or portfolio managementUnderstanding of regulatory compliance requirements in facility operationsDemonstrated success in vendor/contractor managementAt JLL, we create a diverse and inclusive culture where everyone feels welcomed, valued, and empowered to achieve their full potential.
