Minimum Requirements:
Experience: 3–5 years in facilities, property, or building management Strong practical skills in plumbing, electrical systems, general maintenance, and infrastructure Ability to scope, plan, and deliver maintenance projects within budget Effective communicator with tenants, suppliers, and management Ability to identify issues early and take initiative to resolve them Fit and willing to handle physical tasks and occasional lifting License: Valid driver’s license (essential)
