Facility Manager

As the Central Kitchen Facility Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of facility operations—from production and maintenance to sanitation and logistics. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, ensure compliance with food safety and OSHA standards, and drive continuous improvement across the board.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead daily operations across production, maintenance, sanitation, and logisticsEnsure food safety compliance (GMPs, HACCP, allergen controls, etc.)Manage production schedules and maintain high product quality and yieldDevelop and mentor supervisors and team leadsCollaborate with QA, HR, and Supply Chain to meet goalsChampion a safety-first culture and ensure OSHA complianceAnalyze performance metrics and implement improvementsOversee budgets, capital projects, and cost controlMaintain accurate records and ensure audit readinessSupport employee development and handle performance management
