**Job Description**
Core Responsibilities
+ Familiar with utility system(compressed air\chiller system\humidity\VOC\AHU\waste water treatment\hot water system etc.) operation and identify gaps \ improvement opportunities + execution Digitalize utility system operation step by step Optimize current system and process by data driven and automation way Data analysis for process water quantity and key equipment consumption etc.
+ Technical review from operation side for projects Develop effective performance tracking metrics to drive continuous improvement in equipment and facility management.
+ As LFAC window to production unit (BP) and project manager. Construction projects acceptance (Buildings,M&E,New equipment commissioning etc.);
+ Develop training plan and deliver effective training to internal employees;
+ Develop PM plan for internal technician and external contractors for implementation, develop effective performance tracking metrics to drive continuous improvement in equipment and facility management Monitor the cost, effectiveness of production to optimize resources, priorities spending, and achieve quality and manufacturing standards;
+ Establish technical standards and implementation processes for equipment maintenance and repairs to ensure quality and durability of maintenance work;
+ Identify safety risks and mitigate, supervision of high-risk operations;
+ Other tasks assigned by leader
**Do you have what it takes?**
- Marjory in mechanical, electrical, plumbing or engineering related,
- 5 or above years’ experience in equipment or facility management role;
- Experience in multi-national companies;
- Good communication skills, team player;
- ISO internal auditor qualified;
- Special quip./HVAC Management license;
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing,
- Proficient written and oral English
- EHS related experience;
