RESPONSIBILITIES + Oversee the maintenance and repair of facilities, including buildings, equipment, and systems. + Oversee the allocation and utilization of space, including office layouts, meeting rooms, and common areas. + Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely and effective delivery of services. + Assist with storage, maintenance, move related preparation, equipment, and property coordination. Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and renovation of office and common space furniture and equipment. Escort other non-cleared personnel in their work performance. + Assist in managing mail, courier, and shipping service data with the federal counterpart. + Provide facilities and administrative support.
