Ensure Facilities/Utilities, Security, and other related functions are available and in compliance state.Ensure timely Preventive maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, calibration, annual validation programs are implemented.Oversee the coordination of building space allocation and layout, and facility expansion, and evaluate and improve energy efficiencies.Perform facilities recapitalization planning, budgeting and replacement, and planning for future development in line with strategic business objectives.Responsible for site Energy Management as appointed Site Energy ManagerLead small and large scales facilities project, supervising and coordinating work of contractors.Managing and leading change to ensure minimum disruption to core activities.To implement Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Document Practices (GDP), SOPs / SAPs, ISO standards and FDA regulations. Ensure Safety and Maintenance Control (SAMACO) are performed accordingly.Ensure that Corporate Citizenship Policy, IGM, Code of Conduct, HSE Policy and National HSE Standards are implemented and respected.Responsible for the performance and development of Facilities team to ensure continuous upgrading of skills and talents.All other requests and work deemed necessary by the company.
