You support sourcing for spend categories-including sourcing execution and stakeholder management-to maximize the total value of ownership for the organization. You also work closely with local business and global spend category teams to ensure best practice sharing and driving value for the organization.
**How you will contribute**
You will take the lead in creating value through innovation, sustainability, risk management, quality, service, cash and productivity programs all while ensuring compliance with policies, strategies and processes. In addition, you will lead in the development and deployment of sourcing strategies and the ongoing management of supplier relationships, manage the supply base working internal and external stakeholders to ensure Mondelēz International’s competitive advantage, completely build a program with the business and suppliers that incorporates best practices, market insights, risks and opportunities, and set a clear vision for various areas, defining and delivering ambitious plans that encourage teams and stakeholders to engage not just in the destination, but also in the journey.

More about this role
The FM Sourcing Manager Leads the development and execution of Spend Area practices for Facilities regional Spend Areas, including sourcing strategy execution, and stakeholder management, to maximize the total value of ownership for the organization. This person works closely with the regional business and global Spend Area teams to facilitate best practice sharing and drive advantaged cost, quality, service, and compliance to the organization.
Main Responsabilities:
+ **Regional Facility Management Strategy:**
+ Develop and plan the FM strategy in the region.
+ Analyze spending data and understand business needs.
+ Identify opportunities and maximize results in the regional market.
+ Negotiate with suppliers at the regional or global level.
+ **Strategy Implementation and Execution:**
+ Communicate and align the strategy with regional and local teams.
+ Prepare and lead regional bids.
+ Participate in key initiatives to optimize value.
+ Prioritize projects and secure resources for implementation.
+ **Contract Implementation and Compliance:**
+ Collaborate with regional and local Procurement operations.
+ Ensure acceptance of new contracts at the local level.
+ Monitor contract compliance by internal customers.
+ Take corrective actions to improve compliance.
+ **Supplier Relationship and Risk Management:**
+ Classify and categorize suppliers.
+ Evaluate and audit suppliers.
+ Monitor supplier performance.
+ Develop suppliers and reduce costs.
+ Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain.
Requirements:
+ University Bachelor’s Degree Engineering
+ Strategic Sourcing + Negotiation
+ Project Management | Relationship Management
+ Knowledge of Industrial Procurement
+ Minimum 8 years experience
+ Advanced English Level
