Guided by the vision of “smart and sustainable solutions beyond rubber,” the group sector draws on its long-standing knowledge of the industry and materials to open up new business opportunities by combining various materials with electronic components and individual services. + Plan, implement and follow-up a facility management strategy for our ContiTech organisation with their different legal entities in closed cooperation with the different locations and their respective business areas + Create, implement and follow-up a maturity model for facility management + Create, implement and follow-up a facility management asset database and respective investments in cooperation with our stakeholders + Preparing and review the engineering budgets, project schedules and project control budgets for facility management and infrastructure projects + Plan and design sustainable energy infrastructure projects of ContiTech plants for following topics: steam, compressed air, water & sewer, energy supply, energy distribution, process exhaust and HVAC systems + Lead complex project with interdisciplinary team to fulfill energy efficiency,sustainability, best fit for operator comfort and reliable energy supply as well as emissions targets for the manufacturing process + Identify and analyses alternative equipment and solutions in order to provide competitive and advanced manufacturing technology + Ensure fulfillment of environment, safety & health requirements as well as green operation standards + Academic degree in the field of mechanical engineering or comparable focus area utility, energy, and sustainable infrastructure engineering + Extended years of working experience in the field of retrofitting existing utilities equipment regarding sustainability and energy efficiency + High interest and experience in new sustainable technologies, running investment projects, develop supplier and consult ContiTech manufacturing plants + High motivation, strong communication skills, high level of commitment and resilience, networking, conceptual skills, moderation skills, willingness to constantly learn + Open-minded and ready for change + Fluent English and good German language skills, both written and spoken Applications from severely handicapped people are welcome.
