StellenbeschreibungPlan, implement and follow-up a facility management strategy for our ContiTech organisation with their different legal entities in closed cooperation with the different locations and their respective business areasCreate, implement and follow-up a maturity model for facility managementCreate, implement and follow-up a facility management asset database and respective investments in cooperation with our stakeholdersPreparing and review the engineering budgets, project schedules and project control budgets for facility management and infrastructure projectsPlan and design sustainable energy infrastructure projects of ContiTech plants for following topics: steam, compressed air, water & sewer, energy supply, energy distribution, process exhaust and HVAC systemsLead complex project with interdisciplinary team to fulfill energy efficiency,sustainability, best fit for operator comfort and reliable energy supply as well as emissions targets for the manufacturing processIdentify and analyses alternative equipment and solutions in order to provide competitive and advanced manufacturing technologyEnsure fulfillment of environment, safety & health requirements as well as green operation standards

QualifikationenAcademic degree in the field of mechanical engineering or comparable focus area utility, energy, and sustainable infrastructure engineeringExtended years of working experience in the field of retrofitting existing utilities equipment regarding sustainability and energy efficiencyHigh interest and experience in new sustainable technologies, running investment projects, develop supplier and consult ContiTech manufacturing plantsHigh motivation, strong communication skills, high level of commitment and resilience, networking, conceptual skills, moderation skills, willingness to constantly learnOpen-minded and ready for changeFluent English and good German language skills, both written and spoken
