Job DescriptionNew building planning and construction project management.Planning and implementation of construction/architectural maintenance, value preservation activities, and new product infrastructure in buildings and facilities.Workshop/office space planning and management, including all relocation-related tasks.Ensuring that premises conform to local building standards, codes, and corporate policies.Providing architectural design support for the implementation of Inspiring Working Conditions (IWC) in office areas.Supporting the as-built updates of architectural drawings for buildings.Leading communication with stakeholders and external service providers, especially architectural and structural project firms.Coordinating activities with external suppliers and within Bosch, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.Creating AutoCAD drawings for application projects.Supporting FCM-related projects.Participating in all internal and external audits; ensuring all OPLs related to these audits are closed in a timely manner.Contributing to the digitization of FCM, CO₂ neutrality, and sustainability targets.Digitizing used furniture and creating 3D designs of office layouts and common areas.Supporting the coordination of office desk moves.Collaborating closely with the TME Cluster to harmonize office layout management and design trends.

QualificationsStrong communication skillsFuture- and results-oriented strategic mindsetAbility to tackle complexity and solve problemsSeveral years of experience in facility management and project managementExperience working in and integrating with international teamsExcellent spoken and written English; German proficiency is preferredEducational background in architecture
