Temp-to-Hire position$17.00 /hourPart Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 12:00pm)Part-time Maintenance HandymanSweeping, using a leaf blower, cleaning storage units, inside & outside of the facilities, including restrooms, and and landscaping.Coordinate outside vendors for repairs as neededPlace overlocks on delinquent unitsPost auction notices & take photosSubmit a weekly checklist on the overall condition of facilities.Use hand and power toolsUnit inspectionsWill visit 3 different locations each weekFacility Maintenance Handyman Qualifications:
Experience with facility maintenance is preferredMust have a valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, & maintain insurance on personal vehicle.May be on call occasionally for emergency situationsApplicant may be subject to a background checkApplicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle ReportPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
