Job Description

What you'll do as: Facilities Maintenance Coordinator


- Perform routine maintenance and repair on facilities, building services and equipment

- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs

- Negotiate contracts for facilities maintenance

- Communicate project statuses through written reports

- Ensure effective utilization of business tools and processes



Work Experience

Preferred Candidate:


- 5 years’ experience in facilities maintenance and operations

- Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing and mechanical codes and systems

- Demonstrated experience successfully negotiating and establishing facilities/maintenance contracts

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

- Availability as first point of contact for any facility emergency
