Facility Maintenance role

Our client, an Industrial leader, is seeking a Facility Maintenance to join their team. As a Facility Maintenance, you will be part of the operations supporting a clean and organized work environment. The ideal candidate will have a proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Facility Maintenance

Location: Mesa, AZ

Schedule: Friday, Saturday , Sunday and Monday  7:00am-5:30pm

Pay Range: $19.50 per hour

What's the Job?

Responsible for the overall cleanliness and organization of all back office and shared spaces within the facility. Perform routine cleaning sweeps including kitchens, restrooms, meeting spaces, office areas, and motorsports equipment. Order and replenish consumables throughout various areas to ensure a well-stocked environment. Utilize facility maintenance software to manage and document repairs, maintenance, and supplies reordering. Assist the engineering team with small projects and perform basic maintenance tasks such as painting and repairing walls.

What's Needed?

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in custodial or maintenance roles. Ability to take direction well and show initiative in completing tasks. Comfortable cleaning restrooms and handling various cleaning tasks. Willingness to learn and be trained on equipment such as forklifts. Strong interpersonal skills to forge positive relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
