A day in the life:

Perform the duties of a Service Technician including response to regular service calls and maintenance agreement inspections as workload dictates Serve as a good example to Apprentices and fellow Technicians in delivering great customer care, completing all paperwork Provide planning and work execution guidance to Apprentices and Technicians; inspect work quality to ensure services provided meet customer expectations and Company standards Provide support to Service Coordinators and help make decisions with Technician assignments, scheduling and customer issues Assist the Sales Team with major estimates for equipment repair and replacements; provide technical assistance in preparing proposals for service agreements Work effectively with customers regarding complaints and call-backs; ensure that customer issues are resolved in a timely manner

You should have:

Work experience as a Commercial Service Technician with a specialization in troubleshooting, servicing and repairing commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment Journeyman HVAC license (or ability to obtain within 12 months) Experience diagnosing, repairing, and performing maintenance on commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems and related controls Experience with BAS, Hydronics and Refrigeration (preferred) EPA certification and knowledge of OSHA regulations High school diploma or equivalent
