We are currently looking for an experienced Facility and Health & Safety Manager to join our team in Beroun.
**Purpose of the Job**
In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the well-being and security of the company's staff by maintaining the site's infrastructure, incl. buildings, equipment, materials & energy. It involves regulatory monitoring /overseeing new works, planning & overseeing of EHS policies /programs to ensure compliance with local laws, regulations & Corporate standards. This spans across Operations, Manufacturing organizations, business support functions.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Ensure the security of people and goods in the company through contracts for security, access control, video surveillance,etc. Oversee regulatory monitoring, prevention, and compliance plans for equipment and buildings
+ Define and optimize maintenance plans for equipment, plan periodic reviews, preventive and curative interventions for equipment and buildings, including green spaces, parking lots, traffic routes. Staying on top of technological advancements within the scope of maintenance activities
+ Management of General Means: contracts with subcontractors in collaboration with the purchasing service for non-production services such as catering, green spaces, personal services, cleaning, and reception. Control the site's energy consumption
+ New Works: Establish official authorization documents for works, such as building permits.
+ Provide leadership and manage all aspects of occupational health, safety, and environment for the plant, ensuring compliance with regulatory, contractual, and company requirements. Develop and implement EHS plans
+ Collaborate with senior management & other functions to achieve optimal EHS performance. Develop EHS strategy for the plant and operations, ensure alignment of EHS goals, provide guidance on preventing workplace incidents
+ Develop and deploy EHS operational controls, additional policies, and practices appropriate to the plant. Monitor the development and implementation of EHS programs and report progress to plant leadership or WHQ
+ Promote adherence to Lead with Safety commitments and actively promote EHS as a shared responsibility rooted in the right EHS culture. Coach management teams to understand EHS responsibilities and the business benefits of robust EHS programs
+ Incident Management: Lead and oversee EHS investigations into workplace incidents to uncover root causes, identify immediate and preventative actions, and capture lessons learned
+ Audits and Inspections: Conduct EHS audits according to corporate and regulatory requirements. Perform regular safety inspections and track corrective and preventive action plans to ensure timely completion
+ Manage the prequalification, deployment, and safety performance of subcontractors
+ Training and Development: Lead EHS training and development programs
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ several years work experience gained working with organizations in construction or field based manufacturing operations
+ Regulatory knowledge including safety, environmental and other regulatory standards applicable to building services industries and construction
+ Demonstrated ability to organize, motivate, and lead teams, drive change and interact cross functionally
+ Proven ability to work in a matrix environment, influence and motivate diverse teams to achieve a unified goal
Specific professional knowledge
+ In-depth knowledge of the industrial environment & of HSE rules
+ In-depth knowledge of the technics and standards in force in the building
+ General knowledge of CZ law related to EH&S
+ General technical knowledge
+ General knowledge in budgetary and economic management
+ Knowledge of projects and team management
+ Fluent English
