As a Facilities Engineer, you will primarily provide all aspects of facility engineering management problem solving is the key function of the position.
You Will Make an Impact By:
Provide technical support during the factory building construction phase, close coordination on progress, reporting and addressing any issues that arise.To support any activities related to factory startup program.Responsible for daily/routine operation and maintenance activities of various utilities equipment/systems, Compressed Dried Air, Cooling Tower, Chiller, Heat Recovery Hot Water System, Plant Wide Air Conditioning System, Cooling/Chilled Water System, City Water Supply System, Fire Protection System, Gasses) including upgrading, improvement and other related facility systems.Identify the parameters to be trend in the BMS data and focusing on data analysis to identify opportunities to improve the reliability/efficiency of the Critical equipment or processes.Planning and supervise effective and efficient preventive and predictive maintenance program, conduct trouble shooting and implementing preventive, corrective and mitigation actions/measures.To manage contractors and ensure they are complying with Safety Procedures.Experience in liaison with local authorities’, government regulatory bodies to achieve utilities equipment compliance and utility services provider.To support and coordinate in Major activities like Annual Shutdown, Overhaul etc.Assist the Senior Facility Manager in the day-to-day oversite of the MA PM building programs. Focus on making building systems safer, more efficient, more reliable, and easier to service and maintain.Provide manufacturing plant operational support on complex issues/projects as they arise.Work with building management and control systems particularly gas detection systemsManage preventive maintenance of equipment, machinery, buildings, and other facilities programs using CMMS software.Monitor building utilities, for maintenance, and cost control is support of ESG initiativesMaintain monthly PM reports, KPI information of collection of data analyticsBuild partnerships with third-party vendors, services providers, and contactors, while ensuring most cost-effective methods are being usedResearch and implement new technology to improve operational efficiencyOversees Facility projects, budget, and contractors for project installation; Knowledge of building and life safety codes Design, install and maintain gas detection or building management systems.Support department vendor management, quotes, PO process, invoices and payments trackingSupport the department in space planning efforts including moves, adds, and changesAssist with site space allocation, layout activities and support of facilities expansion/consolidation projectsAssist with preparation of reporting for the site, including metrics, project accomplishments and open issuesTypical duties
