Facility Coordinator

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

As a Facility Coordinator, you will work closely with the Facilities Manager and project teams to ensure that our advanced innovation spaces are organized, functional, and aligned with operational standards. You’ll support layout designs, equipment management, and coordination with trade partners to maintain high-performance environments.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The Nike Innovation (AIC) organization is looking for an initiative-taking and qualified individual to join the AIC Facilities team. The ideal candidate should have a working knowledge of building operations and a basic understanding of mechanical systems, A high degree of problem-solving skills with the ability to be flexible in an ambiguous environment. Work both independently and in a collaborative work environment and be curious and open to learning to skills.

Associate’s degree or 2+ years of equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.3 years of relevant experience and training required with a High School DiplomaProficiency with basic hand and measuring tools (e.g., screwdrivers, drills, tape measures, range finders).Capable of managing multiple projects with competing deadlines.Comfortable performing physical duties including lifting (up to 50 lbs), standing, walking, bending, stooping, and twisting.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

As part of the AIC Facilities Team, the Facility Coordinator plays a critical role in maintaining a well-organized, efficient, and high-performing environment across our AIC buildings—including the LeBron James Innovation Center and the APCC. This role ensures that designers, engineers, and innovators have the resources and support they need to succeed by managing day-to-day operations and enabling seamless facility experiences.

Coordinate facility requests, work orders, and space planning to support team needs across AIC buildings.Maintain and update digital records for installations, moves, repairs, and equipment inventory.Manage supplies, materials, and furniture—including ordering, organizing, and tracking.Support layout updates, workplace organization, and 5S standards across labs, studios, and office areas.Oversee equipment and furniture storage, including receiving, staging, disposal, and recycling.Assist with machine and tool setup, relocation, and end-of-life processes in collaboration with trade partners.
