Facility Coordinator
Role Purpose

We are seeking a Facility Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating facility-related processes, handling front office tasks, and promoting safety within our organization. The ideal candidate is organized, motivated, and attentive to safety and detail.

Key Responsibilities

Facility Tasks:

Supervising contractors, including issuing work permits, and ensuring contractors understand safety rules and protocols. Performing inspection and quality control tasks. Addressing malfunctions and creating reports. Administrative management of completed maintenance and follow-up on maintenance activities.

Safety Tasks:

Ensuring adherence to safety guidelines and procedures. Conducting safety inspections and risk assessments. Coordinating emergency procedures and evacuation drills. Reporting and following up on safety incidents. Proposing and implementing improvements in safety procedures.

Front Office Tasks:

Carrying out various purchasing tasks. Creating, managing, and administering access cards and keys. Mail handling. Supporting and hosting meetings. Performing various administrative tasks, such as maintaining SDS records and updating the handbook.


Note: Although traditional receptionist / front office duties have evolved since COVID, you will be expected to occasionally man the reception desk, such as when welcoming visitors. (A full-time receptionist is present.)

Qualifications: Experience in a facility role with a focus on safety is an advantage, but we also offer opportunities to learn on the job and develop your skills further. Strong organizational and communication skills (English). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility and problem-solving abilities.
