Overall Roles
Helpdesk Coordinator is responsible for processing and responding the facility related requests and inquiries from users at the helpdesk counter and supporting mailroom services.

Confidential document disposal managementOffice HVAC adjustmentCabinet & personal locker management and room key managementDivision’s intranet update supportMeeting rooms & work lounge booking supportAV equipment management for meeting room (cable / monitor / projector)Company event supportSecurity system managementSecurity card (badge) operationsFacility intranet operation supportAccount management (ASKUL / business card ordering system / external archive warehouse)HSE supportVendor management (Indoor plant maintenance / pantry services)Mailroom operation supportCollection and delivery of mail and courier itemsName list updates for mail sorting boxesCreate and submit cost center list<LFM Support – Reports Creation>
