The job location can be Povazska Bystrica or Dubnica, you will work on site, with some extent of travelling between Povazska Bystrica, Dubnica nad Vahom and Zlate Moravce. **If we caught your attention please apply submitting your cv in the English version** **Job Responsibilities** **In this position you will be:** + Scheduling and supervising facility maintenance activities like HVAC, Access Control, Fire protection equipment, CCTV. + Organizing and supervision of Soft Services : Reception, Cleaning, Security, Catering, Transportation, etc + Responsible for minor Capex projects. + Helping to develop and maintain local Facility Management procedures such as implementing group procedures & standards, ensuring compliance with local and Danfoss regulations. + Arranging and supervision of facility services relating to minor repairs, media supply and consumption, verification of lease relating costs. + Dealing with other general administration tasks. **Background & Skills** **Your profile:** + At least bachelor degree from Civil, HVAC, Electrical faculties or similar. + 3-5 years of experience at the similar position. + Experience in facility management in industrial/manufacturing real estate. + Knowledge of General Administration is a plus. + Capability to use IT tools: Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), AutoCad and SAP as an asset. + Ability to work with multiple stakeholders (internal and external). + Presentation and negotiations skills. + Good written and spoken English with Slovak as a mother tongue. **Employee Benefits** We offer the following benefits together with your employment: + Yearly bonus + Employee health insurance with 24/7 coverage + Contribution to DDS III Pillar + Transport to work within PB and direction + Contribution to cultural and sports events Detailed information shall be provided during the recruitment process. **Danfoss – Engineering Tomorrow** At Danfoss, we are engineering solutions that allow the world to use resources in smarter ways - driving the sustainable transformation of tomorrow.
