YOUR MISSION The Facility and Security Manager of the facility will oversee the operational management of defense facilities and ensure their security. This multifaceted role requires expertise in both facility management and security protocols to protect sensitive assets and personnel. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Facility Management: • Manage the maintenance, repair, and operation of infrastructure, ensuring that all systems remain in optimal condition. • Plan and coordinate with contractors for maintenance services and facility upgrades/enhancement. • Implement facility management policies that adhere to aeronautical and governmental standards and ensure operational efficiency. • Conduct routine inspections to verify compliance with national health, safety, and environmental regulations. • Oversee budgetary planning relating to facility operations, maintenance, and resource allocation. • Ensure readiness and functioning of infrastructure resources, including crisis response facilities.
