Job Responsibility

Conduct Routine Preventive Maintenance and Inspection.Troubleshooting and performing root cause analysis.Improve facility and equipment reliability and sustain equipment capability.Document and standardize maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting techniques.Provide continue improvement work and technical inputs to daily maintenance and turnaround works.Review spare parts and maintain appropriate inventory.Develop and update standard maintenance procedures (SMP) and related documents.Coordinate vendors to provide necessary engineering support. Worked in direct plant operations and/or maintenance work environments.

Qualifications

Experience in mechanical engineering or related engineering.Minimum >3 years of related technical experience in maintenance, repair, and improvement.To be highly qualified at safety or skilled certificates (Electrical/Fire safety) is plus.Ability to analyze system failure, troubleshoot, and resolve problems during failure situations.Familiarity with industry-standard tools and equipment for maintenance and repair.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, components, and principles.Good attitude to learn new skills and continue improvement at ops daily work.Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional weekends as needed.
