Vacancy: Facility, Safety & Admin Support
About the role We are looking for a hands-on, organized and proactive Facility, Safety & Admin Support to join our team.
In this role, you'll be the go-to person for keeping our workplace running smoothly, safely, and efficiently. You will support daily facility operations, ensure compliance with safety protocols, and assist with general administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities
Ensure the office environment is clean, safe, and well-organizedCoordinate facility maintenance, repairs and supplier contactsSupport safety procedures and compliancePlan and coordinate events and activitiesAct as first point of contact for facility or safety-related issuesManage stock of office & consumable supplies and kitchen inventoryAssist with administrative tasks such as meeting room bookings, visitor registration, and incoming/outgoing mailSupport internal events or team activities from a facilities perspectiveMaintain documentation related to safety and facility standardsDrive engagement through activities and events for a healthy and positive work environmentRegular contact, personal and online with external partners regarding vacancies, trainings, time registration and contracts.What we’re looking for
