This role is perfect for anyone with experience in the following roles: Maintenance worker, Electrician, Electrician's Mate, Plumber and Plumber's mate, handymen, facilities worker, engineering apprentices, consutruction site labourers.

What you`ll be doing as a Facilities Team Member
Resolving a variety of general maintenance issues and problems including basic plastering, window and door repairs, completing like-for-like electrical changes and basic plumbingResponding to any Health and Safety related callsCompleting planned inspections and rectifying any remedial worksLogging any maintenance issues and follow up accordingly

The student experience is at the forefront of everything we do, so you`ll be passionate about delivering top customer serviceYou`ll have experience working within general maintenance, basic plumbing and electrical skills desireableYou`ll have experience within a customer facing role
