Our client, a leader in facilities management, is seeking a Facilities Technician to join their team. As a Facilities Technician, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting the overall functionality and safety of the facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Facilities Technician

Location: Pennington, NJ

Pay Range: $30-$33 per hour

Shift: 7 AM - 7 PM (Wednesday/Thursday - Saturday)

Length: August 4th-November 11th, 2025

What's the Job?

Monitor the facility to ensure that it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained. Troubleshoot power, HVAC systems and controls, and mechanical systems. Perform general and preventative maintenance, including carpentry and plumbing systems. Replace lighting system bulbs and ballasts as needed. Move office furniture, machinery, equipment, and other materials, as requested.

What's Needed?

High school diploma or GED required. HVAC Certificate required  2-4 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field. Basic knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
