Our client, a leader in facilities management, is seeking a Facilities Technician to join their team. As a Facilities Technician, you will be part of the maintenance team supporting the overall functionality and safety of the facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Facilities Technician

Location: Pennington, NJ

Pay Range: $30 - $33 per hour

Shift:  7 pm - 7 am 3 days on following week 4 days

Length: August 4th-November 11th, 2025

What's the Job?

Monitor the facility to ensure that it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained. Troubleshoot power, HVAC systems, and mechanical systems. Perform general and preventative maintenance, including carpentry and plumbing systems. Replace lighting system bulbs and ballasts as needed. Move office furniture, machinery, equipment, and other materials, as requested.

What's Needed?

High school diploma or GED required. HVAC Certificate required  2-4 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field. Basic knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance. Valid HVAC technician certification (e.g., EPA Section 608 Universal Certification) preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills.
