Responsibilities include operation and maintenance of plant equipment, building repairs and preventative maintenance activities. Requires average supervision.

Coursework/Training: On the job training and/or trade school education2 or more years of experience in semi-skilled maintenance and repair services for the facility such as mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building systems
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate’s degree in a Technical trade2 or more years of experience in a Healthcare setting6 or more months of experience in one of the following areas of expertise:ElectricianPlumberMechanicCarpenterPainterMaintenance & RepairsHVAC Technician
