Here’s What You Need + High school diploma required + 3 Years facilities experience with emphasis on healthcare + 1 year of supervisory experience + Hospital experience preferred. What You Will Do + Supervises, coordinates, and assigns work activities for maximum efficiency, administration of computerized work order management system (AIMS), manages the PM program, schedules and prioritizes personnel and activities, communicates effectively with manager and director, coordination of activities with other departments when necessary, maintenance of proper documentation, and management of the EOC activities as required. + Implement effective staffing organization for maximum benefit, create and measure staff productivity, administration of hospital policies, evaluations completed on time, maintains time and payroll procedures and records, monitor appropriate staff conduct and attire, monitor staff attendance, provide strong leadership attributes. + Management and adherence to departmental budgets, maintain proper inventories, follow purchasing procedures, control costs. + Develop and implement positive attitudes toward customers and staff, develop tools and measurements for customer service metrics, participate with other hospital departments in customer service programs, provide effective communication to staff and customers. + Trains and informs employees of proper safety methods, new work procedures, safety requirements, work policies and regulatory guidelines. Administer employee and patient safety protocols and maintain documentation.
