About this opportunity:
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Facilities Supervisor to join our team at ESS/SJC, working with a multidisciplinary team to establish routines and processes for predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance of buildings, utilities equipment, as well as the entire schedule, support and management of companies providing specialized services.
Working on-site at the ESS/SJC Site - São José dos Campos
What you will do:
Supervising the administrative activities of the building maintenance teamImplementing predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance routinesEstablishing maintenance schedules with suppliers and service providersCreating and controlling the area's Performance IndicatorsProjects to improve building maintenance routines and processes (automation, digitalization and cost reduction)Establishing Energy Efficiency Policies, reducing CO2 emissions and LEED CertificationCreation of documentation and support during Internal Audits, ISSO, Blue Risk and Certifications in generalSupport with the use of Ericsson administrative tools and other general tools (EGMS, EriDoc, Sharepoint, SAP, etc.)Preparation and control of the PMOC (Maintenance, Operation and Control Plan), as well as all procedures for compliance with the NRs in forceImplementation of layout improvement projects focusing on the new 5G and Industry 4.0 product lines
