Job Overview:

Linde Services Inc. is currently seeking a safety and results driven individual to become our Facilities Superintendent located in Price, UT. This individual has expert knowledge of principles and practices within operations, and an understanding of business strategies and culture, and works to achieve results and drive performance on a location/regional basis.

Scope:

The Facilities Superintendent will handle the full responsibilities and activities of the location/district to fulfill business and customer requirements. Supervise employee and operational performance; meet established quality, productivity and cost objectives while
ensuring adherence to safety and compliance programs.

Primary Responsibilities:

Self-starter able to work with minimal supervisionAccountable for managing the day-to-day operations including employee scheduling, product management, maintenance and productivity while promoting safety Implement and comply to policies, procedures and senior management's direction related to the business planAssignments are defined in terms of activities or objectives and work is reviewed for adequacy in meeting objectivesProvide leadership to their team, mentor, and support development of the employeesAnticipates problems and assists with developing contingenciesProblem solver in fast paced businessRegularly interacts with subordinates and middle management
