This job is a part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to the Property Managers regarding all repairs and investment plans. We are looking for a Sr Facilities Manager **Key Responsibilities:** + **Leadership & Team Management:** Supervise and develop a team, conduct performance reviews, and provide coaching. + **Facilities Management:** Coordinate and manage repairs, maintenance, and vendor relationships. + **Budgeting & Project Management:** Prepare and manage budgets, oversee capital projects, and create reports. + **Compliance & Safety:** Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, and develop safety and environmental procedures. + **Client Relations:** Maintain positive relationships with clients and address any facility-related concerns. + **Continuous Improvement:** Identify and implement operational improvements and enhancements. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree required. + 5-8 years of experience as a Facilities Manager, specifically within corporate office and/or Industrial environments. + **Advanced English proficiency is essential.** + Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage sensitive information effectively. + Proven ability to motivate a team and achieve operational goals. _When you join CBRE, you become part of the global leader in commercial real estate services and investment that helps businesses and people thrive.
