**About the Role:**
As a CBRE Facilities Coordinator, you'll coordinate clients, vendors, and/or contractors to makes sure work orders are complete and facility tasks are being performed on time.
This job is a part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to the Property Managers regarding all repairs and investment plans.
**What You’ll Do:**
•Communicate between landlord, tenants, and service providers by ensuring all procedures, policies, and reporting formats are understood, and implemented.
•Develop preventative maintenance (PM’s) for site
•Records Management
•Reply to client inquires and schedule repairs and work orders as requested.
•Generate and investigate work order reports to find out performance and progress status.
•Coordinate project activities
•Permit to work (PTW)
•Contractor Management and training
•Vendor onboarding
•Monthly Management Monitoring tasks
•Maintain accurate work orders, proposals, department files, and other paperwork submitted by vendors.
•Require established understanding of work routines and standards and applies skills and knowledge in a range of processes, procedures, and systems
•Recognize and solve problems that can occur in own work area without supervisory approval.
•Evaluate and select solutions from established options
•Impact team through the quality of the services or information provided
•Follow standardized procedures and practices and receives regular but moderate supervision and guidance
•Explain detailed and/or complicated information within the team
•Ability to follow instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions.
•Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
•Reply to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor
•Present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees.
**What you’ll Need:**
• High School Diploma or GED with 2-3 years of related experience and/or training.
• Established skills to perform a range of routine activities.
• Recognize problems that can occur without supervisory approval.
• Follows standardized procedures and practices and receives regular but moderate supervision and guidance.
• Communicates and exchanges straightforward information.
• Basic skills with Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and concepts.
• Reply to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor
• Present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees
