Our Bosch Australia Facilities management department (FCM) is affiliated with the Asia Pacific region of the Bosch Global Real Estate division. This network opens the door to global and regional cross collaboration which empowers our facilities team towards the common GR goal of creating inspirational working environments. The FCM department is responsible for facilities, services, operations and maintenance for Clayton and supports our Oceania locations.

If this sounds like you, we would love you to join our Facilities team at Bosch Australia and play a vital role in protecting our sites, optimizing services and ensuring our physical environments are safe and compliant.
We are looking for a proactive Facilities professional to manage a range of services and contracts – including Security, Cleaning, Pest Control, Gardening, and Canteen – at our Clayton headquarters site.
Experience with contract management, service levels, maintenance schedules, reactive maintenance, contractor performance and security systems and management would be beneficial.
Your ability to lead, coordinate contractors, and drive service quality and efficiency is key to this role. This opportunity is a 1-year fixed term, full-time contract (with an opportunity to evolve into a permanent position).
Key Responsibilities
Overseeing security services including access control, CCTV, alarms, key systems, incident support and investigationsManaging service contracts, ensuring high standards are met and maintainedDriving contractor performance and continuous improvement in cost, compliance, and serviceCoordinating small facility projects and contractor schedulesMaintaining site appearance and upholding Bosch’s physical security standardsSupporting asset management, space planning, document storage, and secure disposalsContributing to internal audits, self-insurance, Bosch compliance initiatives and legal standardsQualificationsTo be successful in this role you will be a conscientious professional with the ability to work across multiple business units, manage diverse topics and priorities, and establish effective relationships across the organisation with excellent communication and problem solving skills with a ‘can do’ attitude.
To be considered for this position you will have the following experience:
