**Job Title: Facilities & Safety Coordinator** **Location:** Sumner, WA **Schedules Available:** + Monday – Thursday, 4:00 AM – 2:30 PM + Monday – Thursday, 2:30 PM – 1:00 AM **Pay Rate:** $ 25.00/hr **Job Type:** Full-Time We are seeking a proactive and dependable **Facilities & Safety Coordinator** to support daily operations at our Sumner, WA facility. This role is essential to maintaining a secure, safe, and well-organized workplace. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for identifying safety concerns. **Key Responsibilities:** + Monitor and control **door security** to ensure authorized access to the building + Assist employees and visitors with **building access and key card support** + Enforce **parking lot policies** and ensure compliance with company guidelines + Conduct regular **walkthroughs of the production floor** to identify and report safety hazards + Create and issue **employee badges** and manage access credentials + Serve as a liaison between operations and **HR** , reporting any issues or concerns observed on the floor + Support general **facilities maintenance** and workplace organization as needed **Qualifications:** + Prior experience in **facilities coordination, security, or safety monitoring** preferred + Strong interpersonal and communication skills + Ability to work independently and respond quickly to operational needs + Comfortable walking the production floor and interacting with employees across departments + Basic computer skills for badge creation and access management + Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a safe work environment **Pay Details:** $25.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
