Facilities Project Manager

We are currently seeking a motivated and hands-on Project Manager to join our Facilities Management team and support the successful delivery of workplace projects across the Americas (U.S., Canada, and Colombia) based in New York City. This role will focus on office buildouts, renovations, and workplace moves while ensuring alignment with our workplace standards. We are seeking a candidate eager for growth, with opportunities to develop their skills towards a long-term managerial position. **The Opportunity** + Lead start to end facilities projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution. + Develop project specific CAPEX budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial performance aligns with approved forecasts. + Monitor project spend, handle change orders, and oversee budget compliance throughout the lifecycle of each initiative. + Coordinate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget + Oversee construction, renovation, and maintenance projects to ensure adherence to the form’s Workplace standards, health and safety regulations, and quality expectations + Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports, schedules, and budgets. + Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to internal partners and leadership. + Identify and mitigate project risks; proactively resolve issues that may impact timelines, cost, or quality. + Maintain and update Workplace guidelines. + Support post-occupancy reviews and apply lessons learned to future initiatives + Collaborate with the Real Estate team on test fits, space programs, and transaction timelines. + Contribute to small workplace projects and employee relocations (e.g., densifications or departmental moves) + Contribute to identifying and implementing sustainability initiatives + Periodic travel required. You will have the opportunity to do socially useful work that has meaning – to Arup, to your career, to our members and to the clients and communities we serve.  **Is this role right for you?** + 5+ years of relevant experience in Facilities Management, Construction, or Corporate Real Estate. + Supervisory experience leading office fit-outs (5,000–100,000 sqf), moves, and renovation projects + The ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and strong organizational skills. and prioritize effectively, balance assigned work and exceptional organization skills required for our constantly evolving environment. + Working knowledge of construction processes, workplace guidelines, building systems, and relevant health & safety regulations + Associate's degree or higher in a related field preferred. + Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. + Customer service oriented. Options for alternative schedules and the ability to work outside of the office for a portion of your workweek are available Hiring Range - The good faith base salary hiring range for this job if performed in New York City is $115,000 to $125,000 per year. **This range is commensurate with experience, educational background, and skill level.** Benefits are not included in the base salary.
