ABOUT THIS ROLE
As a Facilities Project Manager, you will support and drive projects related to our Facilities (as primary focus) and more widely, initiatives in the field of Workplace (incl. Real Estate) strategies.
In this role, you will be pivotal in maintaining Audible as a great place to work, delivering exceptional experiences for both our internal partners and external clients. Your efforts will seamlessly align with Audible's distinct Culture and our People Principles. Reporting into our Berlin Real Estate and Workplace lead, you will be a part of our People & Places team and will work closely with our Global teams.
ABOUT YOU
You will leverage your strong experience in facilities and real estate to support the Places Team in different critical projects. You are energetic, with a strong can-do attitude and a sense of ownership. You excel at project management and enjoy to work across different functions and varied stakeholders.
This position is initially open through a 12 month contract with a possible extension to 24 months.
As a Facilities Project Manager, you will...
- Manage the implementation of different projects related to our Workplace strategy for the Berlin campus
- For each project, develop and execute a detailed project plan to ensure the implementation of critical projects for partners and Audible stakeholders to drive the project forward
- Identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks, proposing solutions and mitigating risks
- Collaborate closely with the wider team to ensure alignment and effective communication across workstreams
- Provide project management support for all facilities-related aspects, including budgeting, timelines, invoicing, and cost center coding
- Assist the team lead as needed and provide coverage for BAU tasks during absences
- Comply with all health and safety policies and procedures

Basic Qualifications
- Experience managing facilities services in a corporate environment, or as a consultant
- Experience overseeing building operations, vendor coordination, cost management, and regulatory compliance
- Experience in managing projects - familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Jira or Smartsheet)
- Experience managing project with cross-functional teams
- Business fluency in written and verbal communication skills in German and English
- Experience in Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong grasp of critical office infrastructure (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
- Real Estate asset management experience
- Thrives in complex, agile, matrix-style environment
- Interpersonal and customer service skills, a real team player mentality
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, to self prioritize and excels under pressure
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
