Description:Performs tasks related to the overall management and operations of facilities, including energy management, material inventory, maintenance and construction. May oversee the repair, replacement or redesign of facilities, and preventive maintenance planning and scheduling. Implements the timely completion of requirements in compliance with Company programs, objectives and within established cost parameters. May monitor work performed by vendors and/or subcontractors; determines adequacy of work relative to job specifications/scope, and recommends corrective actions as required.

Basic Qualifications:
-Experience with Production and Manufacturing Machinery, Equipment or related
-Experienced leading team daily operations, servicing, and maintaining commercial/industrial machinery equipment
-Utilize RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) techniques and procedures
Desired Skills:
-Should possess technical familiarity with life cycle maintenance of production machinery and/or equipment that incorporate types of CNC/HMI/PLC/VFD
-Prior management/supervision in a union environment
-Five years of experience with direct supervision of maintenance activities
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
