The Facilities Operations Associate leads, coordinates and implements corporate facilities operations strategies and associated guiding principles and policies to optimize capabilities, to assist in maintaining the corporate real estate portfolio. This role supports all aspects of facilities management operations within the portfolio. This job also collaborates in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department's budget, expenses and cost reduction targets.
Key Responsibilities and DutiesCoordinates and assists with the strategy, execution and completion of facilities management projects within the department. Supports GCS leadership’s direction and guidance on the planning and implementation of the real estate portfolio, occupancy and location sourcing strategies to achieve operational and financial objectives. Provides support to GCS Strategy, Security, Design and Construction to meet department objectives. Supports strategies to optimize associate experiences through the usage of facilities management technologies. Provides financial management support for facilities operations activities. Monitors various facility systems and activities to ensure performance KPIs and SLAs are met.
