Facilities/Office Services Support Professional

Johnson Service Group (JSG) is recruiting for an experienced, Facilities/Office Services Support Professional for a 12-month contract assignment supporting the Blue Grass Army Depot in Richmond, KY.
This onsite role offers a W2 hourly base rate with time and a half for overtime. Our client is targeting $35.00/hour for this role.
U.S. Citizenship is required.
Local candidates only (per diem is not available).
Responsibilities: Assists in the performance of office services functions, such as office moves, facility operations, security and access control, food services management, reproduction, telecommunications, mail and shipping, messenger service, travel, office supplies, furniture and equipment, and miscellaneous services. Performs tasks such as delivering packages or picking up small purchases. Oversight and maintenance of vehicle(s) in safe, clean, and serviceable condition. Maintains facilities, files, drawings and plans. May act as focal point for outside contract driving services. Coordinates and sets up onboarding of new staff, meetings, project functions; arranging for facilities, equipment, and catering.
Education / Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. 1-2 years of related office services experience. Must have a valid driver's license. Must be able to obtain and maintain a site security badge. Strong organization skills and proactive problem solver. Ability to work effectively on a team and as an individual contributor. Ability to extract, compile, and assemble data for the preparation of reports. Proven capability to multitask while maintain attention to detail and accuracy. Basic to intermediate skills using Microsoft Access 2010 or later. Current or previous experience and knowledge of Blue Grass Army Depot processes, procedures, and structure/organization preferred.
This project is subject to the Army Regulations (AR50-6 Chemical Surety) which governs persons performing work under the Chemical Personnel Reliability Program (CPRP) and Unescorted Access Program (UAP).
