And DMAICs + Ability to read and produce CAD prints. + HVAC design and maintenance experience + Understanding of Industrial Engineering concepts (constraint analysis, productivity analysis) + Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma Experience + Self-starter, self-directed with extremely good influential, organizational, and interpersonal skills. + Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead in the technical aspects of the role. + Experience using problem-solving skills within FMEA, DOE, DMAIC, 5D, 8D processes.
