**What you'll do...**
+ You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining plant infrastructure, ensuring safety, reliability, and plant efficiency.
+ Develop PMs and coordinate efforts during outage events.
+ Lead predictive maintenance efforts for reducing downtime across the facility.
+ Support Environmental group as needed.
+ Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, technicians, and contractors to direct outage events and equipment maintenance.
+ Ability to demonstrate leadership behaviors combined with outstanding interpersonal, team building, and communication skills
You'll have...
+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering
+ 1+ year of experience working in a manufacturing environment
+ 1+ year of experience Auto CAD experience
+ Proficient with MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook)
Even better, you may have...
+ Master's degree in Engineering
+ 2+ years of related experience mechanical engineering
+ 2+ years of maintenance and construction experience
+ 2+ years of experience with water, steam, and air piping system
+ Strong problem-solving skills, including 8Ds, FMEAs. And DMAICs
+ Ability to read and produce CAD prints.
+ HVAC design and maintenance experience
+ Understanding of Industrial Engineering concepts (constraint analysis, productivity analysis)
+ Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma Experience
+ Self-starter, self-directed with extremely good influential, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
+ Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead in the technical aspects of the role.
+ Experience using problem-solving skills within FMEA, DOE, DMAIC, 5D, 8D processes.
