JOB PURPOSE
This role is overall in charge of AZC Qingdao RHQ facilities mgt and services, responsible for Qingdao RHQ Facilities performance compliance with local regulations and global SHE standard,RHQ development and performance mgt.

RHQ stationary services managementRHQ planting services managementRHQ cleaning services managementRHQ beverage service managementRHQ meeting and event support managementVisiting and business reception service managementRHQ key and locks managementRHQ facilities repair and maintenance managementBusiness card, letter, envelop printing service managementRHQ security service managementGYM service managementCourier service management RHQ communicate and coordinate with landlords and properties.RHQ space usage managementSupport northern regional manager to achieve management level.2.
