PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Accountable for the overall Employee Enhancement and Facilities Support services, in accordance with the client contract scope of work and SOP.
2. Responsible for the proper functioning of janitorial services, landscaping, pest control, shuttle services, stores, space management, document control, action line, vendor management, employee service projects, and administrative duties.
3. Ensure standard operating and maintenance/cleaning procedures for Employee Services are implemented and adhered to in line with the client's requirements.
4. Actively seek optimization and continuous improvement opportunities in Employee Services performance.
5. Respond to customers' reasonable requirements and follow up in a timely manner.
6. Respond to hotline requests within the required SLA timeframes.
7. Foresee risks across all Employee Services (ES) functions, identify existing issues, and anticipate upcoming scope increases/decreases. Develop backup plans to prevent service disruptions.
8. Handle recruitment and training for team members.
9. Manage team members and evaluate their performance.
10. Review all incident reports and data analyses prepared by ES functions, ensuring all related information is accurate and available for reference or follow-up action. Ensure that all ES-related equipment operation and maintenance fully meets national laws and industry standard requirements.
11. Serve as a safety exemplar, taking full responsibility for the health and safety of employees and sub-vendors.
12. Train all employees according to safety requirements and ensure all employees are familiar with safety protocols. Manage EHS-related rules and monitor their execution.
13. Review all reports and data analyses prepared by ES function leaders to ensure all related information is accurate and available for reference or follow-up action. Ensure that all ES-related equipment operation and maintenance fully complies with national laws and industry standard requirements.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES1. Attend meetings and briefings as required by the Client.
2. Ensure all ES-related vendor manuals comply with Client's Standard Operating Procedures, ensure there is no disruption to service.
3. Meet the established Employee Services KPIs as outlined in the Integrated Facility Management contract.
4. Directly manage key service like cleaning services and shuttle operations, communicating with vendor account managers regarding project requirements and client needs.
5. Provide support to scope owners within their areas of responsibility.
6. Control budget and implement cost-saving measures each year.
7. Manager functional scope budget, prepare CCR data, present to APAC team, and follow up on CCR Action Reports.
8. Communicate with client and stake holder at different level regarding ES-related work and present proposals.
9. Regularly inspect working areas to identify risks and take immediate action to minimize them, including providing proper procedures, PPE, information, guidance, and training.
10. Consistently emphasize safety and enhance team safety awareness.
11. Schedule safety checks for related equipment and take immediate action if any risks are found.
12. Ensure special operators and equipment operators possess proper certification before commencing work.
13. Participate in incident investigations, analyze causes, and implement effective preventive measures.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 6 years of experience in Facility, ES Management operationsDemonstrated high proficiency in people management within a dynamic, rapidly changing work environmentDemonstrates a customer obsession mindset, consistently prioritizing customer needs and experiences.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skillsExcellent problem-solving abilities and knowledge of vendor managementExcellent presentation skills in both English and VietnameseExperience in mentoring and coaching team membersStrong follow-through capabilities and innovative thinkingUniversity degree or higher required; HR management experience is a plusFluent English-speaking skills are mandatory.Location:
