Through the passion of our specialists, we continue to treat every patient with care, compassion and respect, while providing affordable and accessible services. *Job Summary* Overall responsibility for the maintenance and housekeeping of Rushford’s owned and leased facilities. Manage maintenance and housekeeping staff and oversee activities of all related contracted services. Maintain all necessary facilities records. *Key Responsibilities* 1. Coordinate outside contracts for major maintenance (e.g., plumbing, heat and air conditioning, electrical, grounds keeping, etc.). Schedule maintenance by contractors. 2. Maintain all necessary records on each facility to ensure legal, licensing and certification requirements are met and that preventative maintenance schedules are followed. 3. Oversee maintenance reporting process and interact with program managers to ensure that issues are addressed in a timely manner. 4. Supervise maintenance and housekeeping staff. Coordinate outside facilities contracts. 5. Participate in the Risk Management Committee and assist with Risk Management activities for Safe Homes. 6. Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies, order replacements, and recommend major purchases to senior management. 7. Maintain general appearance by repainting, replacing glass, and making small repairs on windows, walls, electrical fixtures, etc. 8. Complete minor construction (not requiring technical expertise) to upgrade facility. 9. Implement building security plan. 10. Maintain updated equipment/furniture inventory. 11. Approve all appliances for use in the building. * High school diploma required. * Requires at least four years’ previous maintenance experience. * Requires at least one year of supervisory experience.
