Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site/Facilities Manager to oversee the daily operations. This role is essential to maintaining a productive, safe, and welcoming environment for both employees and visitors. The ideal candidate is hands-on, resourceful, and thrives in a dynamic setting where no task is too small or too big.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors while ensuring compliance with all onsite protocols.Manage daily office operations to maintain a smooth and efficient work environment.Uphold facility standards by coordinating with building management, utility providers, and ensuring adherence to ITAR and other security regulations.Oversee vendor relationships, including selection, budgeting, and coordination for services such as maintenance, cleaning, security, and office improvements.Conduct regular office inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.Maintain and manage office inventory and supplies.Collaborate with the supply chain team to handle shipping, receiving, and tracking of packages.Respond to ad hoc operational requests to support overall office functionality.Qualifications
Full-time, on-site presence required (5 days per week).Hands-on, can-do attitude with a willingness to take initiative and solve problems.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a continuous improvement mindset.Experience managing office budgets and reconciling expenses.Proven organizational skills and ability to follow through on tasks.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of ownership.Proficiency in standard office software and online tools.Skills

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $48.00/hr.
