Responsibilities The Facilities Manager is responsible for maintaining the facility, all related equipment, departmental operations, regulatory compliance, and Fleet Maintenance/Management. The Facilities Manager is also involved in planning, design, construction, finance management, and project administration. Qualifications Job Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities, Engineering, or Equivalent Certified Healthcare Facility Manager or equivalent Ten plus years of Facilities Management experience Five plus years of Healthcare experience Preferred Job Requirements: Associate degree in CVT program from an accredited institution
